Site Auditing & Training
Site Audits are regularly conducted on most of our projects that involve any implemented traffic management.
A Site Audit is an internal training tool for our traffic managers deployed on sites to identify any errors upon setup and to eliminate these errors happening again, these audits also raise any risks associated with a road project or road improvement project in real time, these are conducted by our independent qualified audit teams. The assessment considers all road users and suggests measures to eliminate or mitigate those risks.
